Thank you for responding to our request for valid U.S. Tax Documentation. This website is designed to assist you in determining your status for U.S. tax purposes and in the creation of necessary tax documents, Forms W-8 or W-9 (and in some cases, an affidavit).
The following screens will guide you, step by step, through the process and help you generate a certificate for electronic signature or provide a pdf of a certificate that you can print off and sign manually if you prefer.
