To help you submit a valid certificate we have provided this on-line system. The process and information requested follows the guidelines provided by the IRS when collecting certificates using an electronic system. The information gathered is fundamentally the same as collected on a paper form or attach as accompanying information.

 

Throughout the process you will see help symbols , which provide access to help on the specific areas. If you enter information that may not be consistent or expected, guidance messages will pop up to help you check your choice at each stage.
