In 2005 the founder of Comply Exchange, David Marley, undertook the analysis & design of the first web enabled application for managing Forms W-8 & W-9 documentation. The product OLVAnet was launched in 2006 and shortly after David and his partners joined Deloitte and re-branded the product, Deloitte Identity.
Whilst at Deloitte David was responsible for the ongoing design of the Identity application and in early 2009 Identity won the LexisNexis® award for "Best Technological Innovation". David left Deloitte in 2009 and later that year Deloitte transferred the Identity product to Reuters.
In 2009 David started Comply Exchange Limited and with his Microsoft™ Gold Certified Partners embarked on a complete redesign of the on-line forms product concentrating significant efforts on the back end administration. In July 2010 Comply launched a completely new suite of products Comply Exchange and Comply Administration.
2010 Comply Exchange and 1099Pro agreed to integrate the reporting power or 1099Pro & 1042-S Pro into the document submissions and management products of Comply Administration, supported by the regulatory expertise of IRSCompliance. In June 2010 the first 3 Comply Exchange clients received agreement from the IRS to provide the Memorandums of Understanding (MOU's) using the Comply Exchange on-line Forms submission service.
Through 2011 and 2012 Comply Exchange introduced many innovative additions to their product suite whilst establishing a client base including financial, accounts payable and government organizations.
In 2013 Comply Exchange Limited continues to go from strength to strength and are are quickly establishing themselves as the most technologically advanced, innovative, and cost efficient solutions available.
